Meridian’s intake process required patients to fill in the same information at every visit. We designed a digital intake journey that pre-fills known data, validates insurance in real time, and writes structured records straight into the EHR.

Average check-in time fell from twenty-two minutes to under five, and data-entry errors all but disappeared.
